The problem
Nexora came to me at a pivotal moment — they were about to launch their first AI-powered B2B software product and had nothing to show investors or potential clients except a generic logo that looked indistinguishable from a thousand other tech startups. The brand felt untrustworthy at a glance, and with no consistency across their digital touchpoints, they were losing credibility before a single conversation could happen.
The process
I started with competitor analysis and target audience interviews before touching a single design tool, because I wanted every decision to be grounded in something real. From there I explored geometric directions and landed on a minimal logo mark built around a dark navy and orange palette — navy for trust and authority, orange to signal energy without sacrificing professionalism. Rounded corners and generous spacing gave the mark an approachable quality that matched their brand personality of being innovative but genuinely human. I then built out a full visual system: logo suite, typography, colour palette, brand guidelines, business cards, email signatures, social media templates, a presentation deck, website hero concept, app icon, and packaging mockups — everything a growing team needs to show up consistently from day one.
The outcome
Nexora launched with a visual identity that stakeholders responded to positively across the board, and the consistency of the brand assets meant their marketing team could hit the ground running without second-guessing design decisions. The work reinforced something I carry into every project: a well-built brand system does far more than a single polished logo — it builds the kind of trust that compounds over time.
